Thanasi Kokkinakis is already thinking with head at the 2016 season of tennis. After a positive 2015 season, the World No. 74 is not afraid to dream big and talked about how he would like to see Roger Federer one day sitting in his player’s box.
Speaking of his future, Thanasi Kokkinakis wasn’t afraid to reveal he likes to dream big for the upcoming season. Asked who he would like to see as his coach in the future, the Adelaide-born tennis player had no doubts.
“Whom would I like as coach? Federer and Lleyton Hewitt. Lleyton knows the game very well and he is going to be with us as Davis Cup captain. He lived many great battles. I’d love to have Roger as a coach because he is an incredible player.”
Currently Kokkinakis is playing in Stockholm, whereas Federer is in Dubai to prepare for the last tournaments of the season. Federer will play in Basel, Paris-Bercy and the ATP World Tour Finals in London.
