Taylor Fritz has broken new ground at the US Open after beating former finalist Alexander Zverev in four sets.
At the age of 26, Fritz has become the oldest American man in the Open Era to reach their first major semi-final in New York. He has now recorded back-to-back wins over top 10 seeds in the year’s draw after also defeating Casper Ruud earlier in the tournament.
Tennis Hall of Famer Steve Flink and Ubitennis founder Ubaldo Scanagatta take a closer look at Fritz’s win, as well the current developments in the women’s draw.
