Elena Rybakina and Ons Jabeur are set for a rematch of last year’s final in the quarter-finals after the women’s draw was made.
Rybakina and Jabeur feature in a stacked bottom half of the draw which will begin on Tuesday.
As defending champion, Rybakina will begin Centre Court action on Tuesday when she takes on American Shelby Rogers.
The Kazakh’s preparation for Wimbledon hasn’t been the smoothest after losing to Donna Vekic in Berlin and will look to take advantage of a fairly kind draw with Bernarda Pera potentially waiting in the third round.
Should Rybakina reach the last eight than Ons Jabeur could await in a repeat of last year’s final and the Tunisian will begin her campaign against Poland’s Magdalena Frech.
The likes of Bianca Andreescu and Anhelina Kalinina are potential obstacles on her way to the fourth round where the Karolina Pliskova or Petra Kvitova could await.
As for Rybakina, the in-form Jelena Ostapenko could be her last 16 opponent with the Latvian facing Greet Minnen in the opening round.
In the bottom quarter of the draw, Australian Open champion Aryna Sabalenka begins her campaign against Panna Udvardy before a potentially dangerous second round match against Camila Giorgi.
Roland Garros finalist Karolina Muchova could face Sabalenka in the last 16 and the Czech Republican will begin against last year’s quarter-finalist Jule Niemeier.
Sabalenka’s potential quarter-final could be against Maria Sakkari with the eighth seed having a tough opening round against Marta Kostyuk.
Should Sakkari get past Kostyuk then Alison Riske-Armitraj or Paula Badosa could await in the second round with Madison Keys and Barbora Krejcikova also being potential obstacles en route to the quarter-finals.
In the top half of the draw, Iga Swiatek will start against Lin Zhu before potentially facing Petra Martic and Belinda Bencic, who opens up against Britain’s Katie Swan.
Also in the top quarter the likes of Daria Kasatkina and Victoria Azarenka while Venus Williams will face Elina Svitolina while seventh seed Coco Gauff faces former Australian Open champion Sofia Kenin.
The second quarter of the draw sees the likes of Jessica Pegula, Liudmila Samsonova, Donna Vekic and Caroline Garcia all feature in a wide open section of the draw.
Main draw action starts on Monday with the top half of the draw beginning play before the bottom half of the draw take centre stage on Tuesday.
