Overtaken by Andy Murray in the rankings, Federer will be World No.3 on Monday, when the Shanghai Rolex Masters will officially kick off. The big favorite is Novak Djokovic, who always manages to find his best tennis in China and in the last swing of the season.
Federer has won the Shanghai Masters for the first time since in 2014.
